Layback longboards?

I found a longboard at costco that had the name of “layback longboard” it was called the roper. does anyone have experience with these boards, are they good, bad, or just okay?

Disclaimer: I haven’t ridden a Layback board. I have heard a lot though. Do what you will with my advice.

For $65, it’s rideable, especially if you’re not going to do anything except go a few feet on the sidewalk. But if you actually want to get into longboarding, you would want to pick a better first board, since this one might “hold you back”.
